Because each video is uniquely crafted for you, our process is tailored and specific to your order.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the personalized, custom nature of our service, we do not offer returns or refunds once payment has been made. Here’s why:
- Custom Creation: Each animated video is meticulously crafted based on your unique photos and story. Once we begin the creation process, resources and time are dedicated specifically to your project, making it non-returnable.
- Digital Delivery: Our videos and optional invitations are delivered digitally, and once provided, they cannot be returned.
- Full Commitment: Payment confirms your order, and we begin work immediately to ensure timely delivery of your video.
What If There’s an Issue?
We’re committed to making sure you love your animated video! If there’s an issue with your delivered video (e.g., incorrect event details in the invitation add-on or a technical error on our part), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to address the issue promptly, which may include minor revisions at no extra cost, at our discretion. However, no refunds will be issued, as all sales are final.
