1. Our Services

We provide a service to create custom animated videos based on images and stories you submit through our website, animatedinvitation.com. At your request, we offer a free add-on to include event details (e.g., date, time, location) at the end of your video, allowing it to serve as a digital invitation shareable via social media or messaging apps. Our team handles all video creation, and no self-customization platform is provided.

2. Order Process

• Submitting Your Order: To place an order, provide your photos, story details, and any event information for the optional invitation add-on via our website’s order form. Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order and payment, we’ll send a confirmation email with estimated delivery details.
• Content Requirements: You must own or have permission to use all submitted images and stories. Content must not be illegal, offensive, or infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: The price for your animated video is as quoted on our website at the time of your order. The invitation add-on is free.
• Payment: Full payment is required upfront via the payment methods listed on our website. We’ll begin work on your video once payment is confirmed.
• No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our videos, we do not offer refunds except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon video, at our sole discretion.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

• Delivery: We’ll deliver your animated video digitally via email or a secure link within the timeline specified in your order confirmation. Delays may occur, and we’ll keep you updated.
• Review Period: You have 7 days from delivery to review the video and request minor revisions (e.g., correcting event details in the invitation add-on). Additional revisions or significant changes may require extra fees.
• Acceptance: If we don’t hear from you within 7 days of delivery, the video is deemed accepted.

5. Use of Delivered Video

• License: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the video for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing with friends, family, or guests). You may share the video or invitation digitally via social media or messaging apps.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, modify, or use the video for commercial purposes without our written permission. You’re responsible for how you share the video and must comply with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your submitted images and stories. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to create and deliver your video and invitation add-on.
• Our Content: All animations, templates, music, and other elements we create or use in your video remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute these elements separately from the delivered video.
• Third-Party Rights: You warrant that your submitted content does not violate any third-party rights. We may reject content we believe infringes on such rights.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and rights-cleared content.
• Respond promptly to any requests for clarification or additional information during video creation.
• Use the delivered video and invitation in compliance with these T&Cs and applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the delivered video.
• Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the video.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your submitted content, your use of the video, or your breach of these T&Cs.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Mathura,U.P, India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in U.P.

11. Changes to These T&Cs

We may update these T&Cs as needed. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated T&Cs.
